Isaiah 55:6-13; Psalm 1:2-3, 92:12, 93:5
My thoughts are not your thoughts
Nor is your way always my way
And so it is you I seek
And you to whom I pray
I will call while you're near
And beg your mercy
To seek your abundant pardon
That by you the unseen I may see
Like leaves from the tree
My plans, without distraction, fall
Yet like the rain from the sky
Your Word blesses even the meek and small
I will go with joy
And His peace will be mine
His mountains break with song for Him
My heart from his cleansing will shine
Instead of the thorn of my sin
There shall be a cypress tree
The briar of my dark will cease
And be replaced with thee
I shall be like a tree
Planted in Your eternal stream
Bringing forth His fruit
Living only to glorify Him
Like a palm will I flourish
Meditating in his law day and night
And in Him I will grow
Living in His light
He is my rock
His testimonies are sure
Holiness is his house
For all of forever
