In a moment I knew you loved me,
And in another I loved you,
Now these moments stretch to forever,
Looking back, time really flew.

In a word I knew you loved me,
And in another I loved you too,
Those words stretched into conversations,
Looking back, I always knew.

In a kiss I knew you loved me,
And in another I loved you,
At this rate we'll go on kissing forever,
Looking back, we are one, not two.

In a lifetime I know you love me,
And in the same I love you,
This lifetime of love will never end,
Looking back, I still love you.
