Dodging alleyways dart
as vision becomes stimulated,
distracted by neon shimmers
fastened to adult theme parks
Lego Blocks:
plastic dominance of fad
factory made
boxed and sold suitable trades:
from as far back as 10 decades ago
swallowing my skyline.
Bridges like spokes in time's wheel
jut out.
Motion cascades over these arched backs,
Sewn neighborhoods squabble
about defective parts of the whole
Dr. Victor F. couldn't be happier
over this patchwork quilt
simmering tonight like black coal.
