Wired Grandma
Today's stream of micro-posts continues: I just got my first e-mail from my grandmother, using her Christmas MSN-TV. Cool!
Now I feel the urge to make sure VoU is MSN-TV-compatible. Down brain!
RE: Hacking
Of course, once this sort of thing starts I'm doomed to run off at the brain about it. "I bet I could provide a Palm-compatible version! I bet I could do a printer-friendly version! Isn't it time to redo the DG main page again? Doesn't the weblog need an interface upgrade? Does the mailing list need a 'weekly summary' version?"
Aaargh! Down, boy!
Hacking
I love this stuff. Hope you're all enjoying the discussion group improvements. Any problems, let me know immediately. Next up: member profiles. Why should the Authors get all the fun? Even better, the author pages will roll pretty transparently into the profiling system, courtesy some javascript. (It will degrade okay for you non-js people. I think.)
Which means I'll never have to type "I'll get you published as soon as I set up your author page" again. Cool!
