A poem a day keeps sufferings away
A poem a day when your partner’s away
A poem a day keeps the self-beast at bay
A poem a day a poem a day
A poem A day
begins with the sun flashing emeralds
and larks barking out (or is it curs
yelping?), waking you up. Accurs
ed mongrels all ! The lark then heralds
the heat of the sun (the same old song!).
A song one day
escaped my lips I felt tip
sy I had your name on the tip
of my tongue I’ve had too much to
drink quoth I I feel top
sy-turvy so I I I keep stammering Is
that Richard III singing in ecsta
sy?
A poem a day washes cares away
A poem a day hangovers away
A poem a day miles and miles away
A poem a My life’s in disarray
