Untitled Poem By: Enola Walker on 7/25/2000; 9:03 PM by EnolaThe moon is full But the world is empty The smell of fresh rain Then inside... The staleness of the air Smokey loudness and defening silence in my head Laughter, conversation The world is empty Screaming, smashing A baby's cry, panic The door slams Alone, beautiful silence The sun through the window Reflects off my skin For a moment, Beauty of the soul

Re: Untitled Poem By: Mark Morgan on 6/5/2007; 6:08 AM I'm sorry, Meredith. If it's my Enola, after we broke up she dropped off the face of my Earth. -- Mark Voices of Unreason "obeisances before the written word" Golden Mean Web Design On 6/4/07, meredith stiles lienemann <anon0708.dreamzone-redux@free-conversant.com

RE: Untitled Poem By: Mark Morgan on 10/26/2007; 3:48 PM Enola and I were together in September of 2000 in southern Oregon. We broke up when she left me to go back to her old boyfriend, who she really never broke up with. I suppose I was a warm meal and a place to stay while the two of them sorted it out. Last I heard--seven years ago--she had moved to New Jersey to hook up with yet another old boyfriend. The girl could be a sweetheart but she was chaos incarnate.
