That is an interesting tactic. It is amazing how difficult it is to hide anything from Google. I wonder how much companies try to fool Google (i.e., setting up dummy "Critical IP Rocks" pages), or if it's just not on their radar screen. I suspect the latter. On occasion Google has really startled me. Out of the blue, for example, I received this very nice e-mail from this woman who said how much something I had written on my web site meant to her. I had written about her brother, who I knew and who had died a couple years ago. I was telling my wife and she asked, "How did she ever find it? Google?" Sure enough, type in this person's name in Google and my article comes up as the first two results (one as a bound message, once in the DG).
