Also, if you are actually feeling this way, it is my generally policy to hunt you down and cheer you up. Consider that without people who placed lower first place would be completely meaningless. Accomplishments would not be possible without runners up. Also a lesser level of success can push one to greater heights than before.

One of the fantastic things about using a groupware tool for one's website is how easy it is for these things to take care of themselves. Ginny didn't have to e-mail me, she could have done it herself. At the present I'm experimenting with only allowing authors and admins edit things, and even then only items for publication. I haven't seen any of the nonsense you and other sites report of people changing their posts to make a replier look foolish, but it is nice that it's possible to stop that.
