Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Evan on 6/22/2001; 9:17 PM I'm going to have a guy in my story (I'm still working on Niggly Bop and the Quest for Toilet Paper) who is a sorceror who brings rubber chickens to life (and possibly moonlights by running a hot dog stand). What would be the appropriate word for a person who does that? Somehow I don't think I'll find a term for it in the dictionary. I was thinking about using the term gallurubmancer, but I'm not so sure about how that sounds. Anybody else have ideas?

RE: Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Evan on 6/23/2001; 7:48 PM Hmm that might work. I often use anagram names for my characters maybe I could make an anagram name for the guy;s occupation.

RE: Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Evan on 6/27/2001; 8:51 PM I like the sound of that, Poon. Hmmm well that's what the guy who brings chicken's to life's occupation will be called, now to come up with a name. I think I'll name him Chuck, after the type of meat.

MUAHAHAHA poon. that was my generic remark to everything that neal says... hehe usually the conversation went something like this... Neal: how are you? Me: poony. Neal: what's poony? Me: like a poon. Neal: what's a poon? Me: poon. Neal: what? Me: poon? Neal: what color is it? Me: green. Neal: what does it taste like? Me: poon. Neal: poo? Me: no poon. Neal: whatever. Either that or I'd answer only in asking questions only vaguely
RE: Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Evan on 6/28/2001; 9:29 PM That reminds me of a little piece of wisdom. Any question can be answered by the words yes, no, or duct tape.

RE: Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Richard Davidson on 10/30/2002; 10:31 PM Technically, a person who brings rubber chickens to life is a Synthetic Fowl Re-Animator. No, that's not right, because the rubber chicken wasn't alive in the first place. That's it, an Artificial Poultry Animator!
RE: Does anybody know what a person who brings rubber chickens to life would be called? By: Evan on 11/3/2002; 1:43 AM Hmmmm so he'd be an APA? Artificial Poultry Animator has the same initials as the American Psychological Association.
