I'm making a collection of short stories for my creative writing portfolio. By: Evan on 5/4/2001; 11:49 AM What do you think the title of the collection should be? It will consist of the following stories, Mushrooms, Billy Bob's Insane Asylum and Knife Emporium, Bio-Tech, Suicide, Social Life, and The Right Honorable Holy Order of Giblets. I appreciate input from anybody.

By: Evan on 5/7/2001; 8:03 AM I like that title, but my teacher has gotten rather mad at me for poop references and the aliens anal probing the guy and his pet hamster, ooh and the Mexican story. Maybe I'll use that for the title of something else. I'm thinking about sending in a collection of stories to a publisher someplace and I think I would use your title. Thank you!!!! I always have trouble with titles. They never seem to turn out so well and are often a bit long and unwiedly. The only two titles I liked that I came up with were Hoo! Hoo! and Billy Bob's Insane Asylum and Knife Emporium.

Nonsensicalness(I don't think this word exists.) is a good think although my creative writing teacher might not appreciate it. Oh well, I don't really care that much, I've got a pretty good grade in the class and I'm graduating. So if she doesn't like it, I'm not going to worry about it.

(hehe) fast acting no asprin writer's block relief remote control insanity! if i lived upside down boxless bumblebees (teehee) the life of a norwegian pop singer with denial the frolic of a flabbergaster lettuce clothing and cotton food... i better eat now. bye!

I've actually already decided to call it "The Mangled Filing Cabinet". The title pretty much describes the way I come up with these stories. Its as if my brain is a filing cabinet and somebody knocked it over and shoved all the files back in more or less at random. I like the Throne Collection but my teacher has gotten mad at me already for poop and toilet references. "Nothing disgusting!" And yet she didn't get upset about the cat eating poem. Hmmmmmm. Its actually appropriate as I do do a lot of my brainstorming on the toilet (and a lot of my homework too)or right before I go to sleep.
