Thought 13 (challenges help us get better)

Today my impossible became possible, or rather yesterday my impossible became my possible. I am being published in a book of poetry for my poem “Poetry” I will have a copyright to my work and a chance to win a lot of money. I entered this contest on a whim. I never expected any recognition and now I’m being published. This has taught me to never give up hope, anything is possible. No matter how slim the chances might seem, don’t give up hope you don’t know what the outcome is going to be for sure ever. the same is true to not expect too much because things do change and nothing is for certain. If you have a talent for writing, enter every contest you can because you never know when you’re gonna win. Or, perhaps you have a talent in music, enter in festivals, or speeches enter in competitions, or you have some other talent. Challenge yourself with competition, you will be pleasantly surprised with the rush it gives you and the want to better your own skill in order to outdo the others. As long as the competition remains friendly and you are fighting with skill and not malice you are sure to win if you deserve to at that point in time.
